Registration is totally free. Follow the link below to set up your fundraising page.

Step 2

Lace up those trainers

Get out there and start clocking up those miles. If you use Strava you can connect it to your fundraising page.

Step 3

Get the donations rolling in

Share your progress with friends, family and work colleagues and ask them to donate to help beat dementia.

Make sure you follow the coronavirus rules and regulations for your area to keep you and your community safe. For most areas in the UK this will mean only taking part in the challenge with your household and ensuring you socially distance with public whilst on your jogs.
